Bored with all the routines of life? Do not let it invade your routine, do something different for the color of life and increased brain and your abilities. Change your mood right now.

Excerpted from Health, Friday (14/8/2009), there are some small things you can do to change the boring routine of life. Let us begin.

1. Change hands
Use of your hand that is not dominant to perform everyday activities like brushing your teeth or clicking the mouse on the computer.

These small changes will activate and develop the nerves in the brain that will sharpen the memory and also break the daily routine. "This will give opportunity to every part of the brain cells to keep working and stay alive," says MJ Ryan, author of How to Survive Change You Did not Ask For.

2. Use feeling
Try wearing a shirt with his eyes closed, a dinner without communications, without any conversation or words, and other activities without using your senses.

By doing something out of character and use feelings, you will create more nerves in the brain and will become more creative.

3. Try something new
No need to do something big and complicated. Dance classes, try new recipes or do sports that have not been able to try things interesting.

Think that you can do it. When you try sutu new skill, your brain will build a new circuit in the system. "Think of it as a brain exercise," said Ryan.

How do you see things can change everything. Try to see things from the bright side compared to the dark side.

For example, if you're in the rain, rather than the stress of wet, consider the positive side, your garden will get a free water spray and you should not bother to flush.

Someone who sees things with a more optimistic will be through all the obstacles of life. Believe.
